Survived the Night

The check-in was surprisingly smooth, and we appreciated the late hour. After a long drive, it felt good to settle in quickly and rest our weary heads.

Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. There was no toilet paper, minimal towels, and even a bug on the ground—definitely not what we expected.

Request a room away from the busy street to minimize noise levels for a more restful stay.

The kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved the relaxed vibe here. It was a decent spot for a family getaway, especially after a trip to the local beach. Having a little convenience at check-in made it easy for us too.

The late check-in at 9:30pm was a lifesaver for us we were exhausted and just wanted to crash and the kids splashed around in the pool making it a highlight of the night. It was also nice that they had coffee available in the lobby because you know how I am without my caffeine fix.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was acceptable considering our whole trip.

Air conditioning worked but was really loud. The pool was there, but the constant street noise made it hard to relax. Tough for a family looking for a quiet stay.

the flamingo motel was a great choice! the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was close to popular attractions like shopping centers and the wildwood boardwalk. also appreciated the coffee available in the lobby! ☕
